This is a collaborative work with initial concept art by Maya Zink. The print is an exploration into the depth that the original illustration could reveal. There are 11 colors layered on top of a very subtle split fountain blend. The paper is a 66 lb. black mixed media stock paper with a semi-smooth surface. It was so much fun to collaborate on a print with one of my former students who is now an extremely successful tattoo artist in Louisville, Kentucky.
